Spectrum 23.9 is the first stream-only radio station created by John Graham, and launched September of 2018! Graham who wanted to make a positive impact in the community of Fort Wayne, is a 2011 recipient of the Autism Society of Indiana’s Self Advocacy award. Radio broadcasting, something Graham has been passionate about since high school, has helped connect with individuals outside of his social zone. The mission behind starting an online radio station was to start a community-wide radio station that would both empower and give individuals with disabilities a chance to learn about broadcasting
